We can’t change what we don’t know.
This program’s goal is to shine a light on ACEs. We achieve this by training individuals, parents, medical professionals, teachers, other community service providers, and organizations to appropriately recognize, deal, and prevent ACEs.

Liaisons between in-network service providers, approved trauma-informed centers, other community organizations, and the We Empower Center to ensure the best is delivered to clients and patients.
- Community Care Coordinators
- Coordinate cases of children, youth and caregivers
- Provide trauma-informed education and referral resources
- Coordinate client care with social workers, internal and external providers, and other resources
- Social Workers
- Manage cases of children youth and caregivers
- Facilitate interventions, home visits, and education in and around the client’s immediate environment (ie, caregivers, coaches, teachers, therapists, church groups)

Adverse Childhood Experiences can be prevented as well as treated. Help us reach more people, train individuals, providers, educators, and parents to make better decisions when screening, treating and dealing with ACEs.
