You can’t change what you don’t know.
Awareness is the key to triggering the next steps in the road toward healing. The “good news” about ACEs is that once present, they can be identified and treated, allowing the person who’s gone through them the chance to reclaim their future.
Being ACEs aware is extremely important for everyone, but particularly for individuals dealing with children. Adults have a very important role in making sure kids have all the tools and resources they need to grow up to be happy, resilient, caring, well-adjusted individuals.
The main goal of this first training is to capacitate as many people as possible to appropriately recognize, deal, and prevent ACEs.
The training will be optimized for an online learning experience given the current global situation. Today, more than ever, it is imperative that this information is within reach.
